Gregor Kobel: "The better team won"

Borussia Dortmund goalkeeper Gregor Kobel admitted that Bayern Munich were the better team in all areas of tonight's match at the Signal Iduna Park.

"Bayern were more aggressive in the tackles. The better team won," the Dortmund goalkeeper said in a post-match interview.
"They were more dangerous and came out better in the second half," he added.
"We knew what was coming. We had to be ready to counter from the start. In a game like this at home, where you're playing in front of these fans, you want to be better," Kobel stressed.
It was Borussia Dortmund's first home defeat since August 2022.
