Plenty of Bayern transfers in the pipeline

Bayern München have already completed the signings of Benjamin Pavard and Jann-Fiete Arp - and the Bavarians are working on plenty of other transfers.
When Bayern München president Uli Hoeness recently appeared on the Sport1 program CHECK24 Doppelpass, he made a very interesting statement about the club's transfer activity ahead of the new season.

"There are more to come! If only you knew what we have already agreed for the new season. But if we already announce who we will get, everyone who's still here will get angry. And we need them now, because we still have big goals this season," Hoeness said.

It has already been announced that Benjamin Pavard will join Bayern from VfB Stuttgart in a €35 million deal this summer while Jann-Fiete Arp will complete his €3 million move from Hamburger SV to Bayern in either 2019 or 2020. But who else will come?

Lucas Hernandez
According to Sport Bild, Lucas Hernandez's transfer from Atlético Madrid is a done deal. The versatile defender is set to join the Bavarians in the summer via a €80 million exit clause in his contract.

Timo Werner
The German news outlet further reports that Timo Werner should join Bayern from RB Leipzig. Bayern are yet to table a bid for Werner, but the Bavarians have apparently reached an agremeent with the striker's agent, Karlheinz Förster. Werner is under contract until 2020 and has been told that he'll be sold in the summer if he rejects a new deal.

Kai Havertz
Bayer Leverkusen starlet Kai Havertz is another player that Bayern have been linked with. According to Sport Bild, Bayern sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic recently met with Daniel Delonga from the 'Spielerrat' agency which represents Serge Gnabry as well as the 19-year-old.

Apparently, the parties primarily met to talk about extending Serge Gnabry's contract beyond 2020, but it's understood that Havertz's name was brought up during the meeting.

Bayer Leverkusen boss Rudi Völler has underlined that Havertz will not be sold this summer, but a transfer could be in question after all if 'Die Werkself' fail to qualify for European football next season. It's estimated that the 19-year-old, who's under contract until 2022, would cost €65 million at least.

Callum Hudson-Odoi
Bayern fought hard to sign Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi during the January transfer window, but were unable to persuade 'The Blues' to sell the young winger. The Bavarians now hope to land the 18-year-old in a €30 million deal this summer.

Hudson-Odoi is said to be keen on a switch to Bayern, and Chelsea may want to cash in on the young winger in the summer as his contract runs until 2020.

Julian Brandt and Nicolas Pépé
If Bayern aren't able to land Hudson-Odoi, they have a couple of alternatives lined up. The club's chief scout, Laurent Busser, was recently in France to take a look at Lille's Nicolas Pépé. Bayer Leverkusen's Julian Brandt, who has a €25 million exit clause, is another option.
