Borussia Dortmund and Bayern München have largely come to an agreement about the transfer of Mats Hummels, who appears set to return to Signal Iduna Park, according to Bild.

The German news outlet reports that the two clubs have agreed on a transfer fee of €20 million plus add-ons.

Hummels is keen on returning to his former club and is said to be willing to take a salary cut to do so. The centre-back currently makes €12 million a year at Bayern while he will earn €10 million annually at Dortmund if the deal goes through.

When asked about the rumors by DPA on Saturday, BVB sporting director Michael Zorc said he didn't want to comment.

Hummels, 30, joined Bayern München from Borussia Dortmund in 2016.
