Pedro Guimaraes is moving from the USA to Eintracht Frankfurt and has signed a contract until June 30, 2030.
A native of Pennsylvania who holds both US and Brazilian citizenship, now plays for Orange County SC in the United Soccer League.
The left-back has made 31 appearances for the West Coast club in all competitions, scoring four goals and providing one assist.
His first goal for Orange County came in June 2025 in the USL Cup, contested by teams from the USL Championship and USL League One.
Guimaraes has made 14 appearances for the US U-17 national team, most recently at the 2025 World Cup in Qatar.
“Pedro Guimaraes is a very exciting talent as a left-back. We have been following his development for quite some time.
"In addition to his strong technique, he possesses an exceptionally good understanding of the game for his age.
"We are very pleased that he has chosen Eintracht Frankfurt and sees his future with us.
"At the same time, we will give him the necessary time to adapt to German professional football and develop step by step with us.
“In this context, Pedro will be able to gain valuable match experience with our U21 team,” said sporting director Timmo Hardung.
