Sport BILD understands that Exequiel Palacios wants to leave Bayer Leverkusen, with his heart set on a move to the Premier League.
The Argentine national team player has indicated through his advisor that he is considering a transfer.
Most recently, newly promoted English top-flight side Ipswich Town made an inquiry, but that's out of the question for the midfielder.
Palacios only sees himself at a top club in England, meanwhile another side in the Bundesliga is also keen on his services.
However, the possibility of the 27-year-old moving within Germany to RB Leipzig is considered unlikely in Leverkusen.
The Rhineland club has internally decided not to strengthen any direct competitor, while a transfer fee is likely to exceed €40 million.
