Sky Germany's sources are aware that, Benfica Lisbon and AS Roma are showing interest in VfB Stuttgart's Jeff Chabot.

It is believed that both clubs have held talks with the Swabian defender and have already made inquiries.

Intriguingly, Chabot only changed his agency in November – a move that is often a sign of an impending transfer.

It's clear, however, that VfB Stuttgart wouldn't let the 27-year-old German leave in the current winter transfer window.

The situation could be different in the summer, but the Bundesliga club has apparently set an asking price of €20million.

Chabot – who joined the Baden-Württemberg side from 1.FC Köln in May 2024 – remains  under contract until 2028.
