According to Sky Sports, 20-year-old Brazilian defender Otávio is set to join Eintracht Frankfurt from Estrela Amadora. The report mentioned the deal will be completed for €4.5 million after total agreement between the two clubs.

The Brazilian center-back played 22 Liga Portugal games for Estrela Amadora after initially joining them from the youth team of Camboriú FC. The 1.93m-tall player was also in Botafogo’s youth ranks in the early years of his career.

Frankfurt previously had success with a young Brazilian center-back as Tuta regularly played for five seasons before joining Al-Duhail SC for €15 million in 2025. Adi Hütter’s side let go of one of their center-backs with Aurèle Amenda joining Premier League newcomers Ipswich Town last week.
