Bundestrainer Julian Nagelsmann's German Nationalmannschaft open up October Nations League play in the Bilino Polje Stadium just outside of Zenica this evening. Nagelsmann's team return to action having beaten Hungary 5-0 and drawn Holland 2-2 in the previous international break.

A slew of injuries leads to several changes to the XI that lined up against the Netherlands; five to be precise. New call-up Tim Kleindienst takes the place of Kai Havertz. Serge Gnabry replaces the injured Jamal Musiala.

Left-back Maximilian Mittelstädt and keeper Alexander Nübel fill in for the injured David Raum and Marc André ter Stegen. Antonio Rüdiger also returns to take over for Nico Schlotterbeck.

    A 4-2-3-1 formation seems likely.

    B & H (4-2-3-1):

Vasilj - Gazibegovic, Katic, Barisic, Kolansinac - Burnic, Gigovic - Huseinbasic, Basic, Demirovic - Dzeko

    Germany (4-2-3-1):

Nübel - Kimmich, Rüdiger, Tah, Mittelstädt - Andrich, P. Groß - Gnabry, Undav, Wirtz - Kleindienst

    Potential Germany Lineup (4-2-3-1):
