Following reports on Tuesday that Borussia Dortmund and Manchester City had opened talks over Oscar Bobb, a breakthrough in negotiations now appears to have been reached.

According to Sport1, Dortmund are on the verge of signing the Norwegian winger on loan, with an option to buy set at around €30 million.

Manchester City, meanwhile, are closing in on the signing of Antoine Semenyo from Bournemouth.

Once that deal is completed, the Premier League champions are expected to give the final green light for Bobb to join the Black and Yellows.

Bobb has made 15 appearances for City this season, nine of them starts, and is under contract at the Etihad until 2029.
