The reigning U21 European champions sealed the top spot in qualification group B with a commanding win at Stadion an der Bremer Brück in Osnabrück.
Antonio Di Salvo's side were 2-0 up at the break thanks to Youssoufa Moukoko's opener and Jonathan Burkardt's penalty goal.
Tom Krauss increased the lead with 76 minutes played before Lazar Samardzic closed the show, making it 4-0 in injury time.
