Reports: Bayern under increased pressure to sign new goalkeeper as Neuer's recovery drags on
As Manuel Neuer seemingly still a long way from returning from his long-term injury, Bayern Munich are under pressure to sign a new goalkeeper.

Neuer is still working his way back from the leg injury he suffered over the winter and doesn't appear to be close to returning, with Bayern recently confirming that the 37-year-old underwent scheduled surgery to remove metal implants from his right fibula.
According to Sport1, the German record champions are even worried that Neuer's comeback could be delayed until 2024.
With Alexander Nübel and Yann Sommer having left Bayern for Stuttgart and Inter respectively, Sven Ulreich is currently the only senior goalkeeper available.
Therefore, Bayern are in the market for a new goalkeeper - but not just any goalkeeper. According to TZ, Bayern want a player with the quality to be the club's number one, who is relatively cheap and won't cause unrest if relegated to the bench when Neuer returns.
Sevilla's Yassine Bounou and Valencia's Giorgi Mamardashvili are among the names mentioned as possibilities.
