Stuttgart's purchase option for Undav to rise further?

Deniz Undav's buyout clause will reportedly increase if VfB Stuttgart qualify for the Champions League
VfB Stuttgart may have to dig deeper into their pockets to make Deniz Undav's loan move from Brighton & Hove Albion permanent.

So far, it's been estimated that it would cost Stuttgart €13-15 million to sign the striker permanently.

However, Sport Bild now reports that the buy-out option for the striker will rise to €20 million if the Swabians qualify for the Champions League.

Given that they are currently third in the table, seven points ahead of fifth-placed RB Leipzig, there's a real possibility of them securing a place in Europe's top club tournament.

Undav has been a revelation this season, scoring 15 Bundesliga goals in 23 league appearances.

He made his Germany debut last month.
