Max Eberl: 'Unfortunately, Marco Rose is interesting for the top clubs'
Gladbach are very lucky to have Marco Rose as coach, says club boss Max Eberl, who believes the 43-year-old is destined for a top job.

After a highly successful spell at RB Salzburg, Rose took the next step in his career as coach when he came to Gladbach last summer, signing a contract until 2022.
And Eberl is aware that Rose's strong first season in Germany, which saw him lead Gladbach to a fourth-place finish, hasn't made him any less attractive to the top teams.
"Marco Rose is a top coach. Unfortunately, if you look at it from our point of view, that makes him interesting for other clubs as well, of course - and I mean the top clubs," Eberl told Kicker.
"I can deal with such desires very well, but I wish that Marco will stay with us at Gladbach for a long time.
"He's a key figure, a stroke of luck for Borussia. We are very happy that we could convince him to join our club a year ago. He's a perfect fit for us, both as a coach and as a human being," the Gladbach chief said.
