Nübel set to sign new long-term deal with Bayern, per reports
Alexander Nübel is reportedly on the verge of extending his contract with Bayern Munich.
Bayern Munich are on the verge of extending Alexander Nübel's contract until 2030, according to Sky Germany and Bild.
The Bavarians are understood to have reached an agreement with the 27-year-old, who is currently on loan at VfB Stuttgart.
The plan is for Nübel to spend next season on loan at Stuttgart as well, before returning to Bayern in 2025 as a potential new number one.
Bayern's long-time first-choice goalkeeper, Manuel Neuer, is under contract until 2025.
Nübel joined Bayern from Schalke 04 in 2020. He was on loan at Monaco from 2021 to 2023.
