Florian Micheler's loan from TSG Hoffenheim to DSC Arminia Bielefeld has been terminated prematurely.
The 20-year-old is returning to the Sinsheim club; the loan was originally scheduled to run until the summer of 2026.
Micheler managed to only make four appearances for Bielefeld in the 2. Bundesliga during the first half of the season.
Prior to the loan, the midfielder played three games for Hoffenheim's first team so far – one Bundesliga match, two Europa League games.
The Austrian's contract with the German topflight side is fixed for the long-term, so there's no fears of losing him on a free.
Transfermarkt.com currently values the U-21 international at around €500,000 – a new loan is probably his best bet to get more game time.
