Sky Germany and Sport BILD are reporting that Bayern Munich have reached an agreement with PSV over the transfer of Ismael Saibari.

The fee agreed is around €55million including add-ons, with just the finalization of the contract and the medical check remaining.

Saibari and the Bayern medical team will meet in the USA for the medical, pending approval from both clubs and the Moroccan Football Federation.

Conveniently, Bayern's team doctor, Dr. Jochen Hahne is currently in the States as the DFB's team doctor and could conduct Saibari's medical check on site.

However, it could take a few more days before that happens – possibly until after Morocco's second World Cup group match.

The German record champions do not want to disrupt Morocco and Saibari's preparations for Saturday's game with Scotland on 19 June.

Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg adds to the report, stating the 25-year-old will likely put pen to paper on a deal until 2031.
