Confirmed: VfB Stuttgart announce Leo Sauer signing from Feyenoord

VfB Stuttgart has strengthened its attacking options with the arrival of Leo Sauer for the upcoming 2026-27 season.
The 20-year-old most recently played for Feyenoord Rotterdam in the Eredivisie, where he produced 4 goals and 2 assists in 26 games.
A base transfer fee of €14million is being paid to Feyenoord, and the total package could rise to €17million including bonuses.
Sauer also competed in both the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League during his time at Feyenoord.
In joining the Baden-Württemberg outfit, Sauer has signed a contract with until 30 June 2031, and will wear the number 44 jersey.

"Leo has repeatedly demonstrated his qualities in the Eredivisie, the Europa League, and with the Slovakian national team, and has a bright future.
