Back in November, the German Football Association (DFB) unveiled the home jersey that Julian Nagelsmann's team will wear at the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The German national team will wear the white home kit when they face the United States on Saturday in their final friendly before the tournament.
Design of the Germany World Cup 2026 Home Kit
The jersey, in traditional white with a diamond pattern in black, red and gold, pays tribute to Germany’s most iconic World Cup kits.
Its zigzag design is inspired by the 1994 model, when the USA hosted the tournament for the first time.
The kit is completed with black shorts and white socks that echo the diamond pattern.
Following the release, Germany forward Nick Woltemade expressed his approval of the design.
“I’ve rarely found a jersey cooler than our new home kit from adidas. I really like this look – it’s so beautifully retro. I think it’s world-class, and I’m looking forward to playing in it soon,” he said.
