Timo Werner's contract with RB Leipzig expires in the summer, but he could potentially depart the club in the winter transfer window.
RB Leipzig are eager to offload Werner, who earns an estimated €10 million per year and is among the club’s top earners
As a result, Die Roten Bullen are reportedly willing to sell him for well below his market value – and, if necessary, even let him leave on a free transfer, according to Sport Bild.
Both Bild and Sky Germany have linked Werner with a move to Inter Miami. Most recently, Sky reported that talks are underway between Werner's management and the MLS club.
The former Chelsea striker held talks with Leipzig's sister club New York Red Bulls last summer, but the move ultimately fell through.
