The German media outlet reports that Dortmund would be willing to let the Dutchman go if they receive at least €30 million - the same fee they paid to sign him from PSV in 2021.
Should he leave, the English Premier League is a potential destination, as per Sky Germany.
At the end of November, it was revealed that Donyell Malen had switched to a new agency, prompting speculation about his future.
The 24-year-old has struggled for a starting berth this season, making 18 appearances with five goals and two assists to his name.
Most recently, Malen watched the entirety of Dortmund's 1-1 draw with Bayer Leverkusen from the bench.
