Julian Draxler to captain Germany against Turkey

Julian Draxler will lead Germany out as captain against Turkey tomorrow.
Germany coach Joachim Löw has revealed that Julian Draxler will captain his team for Wednesday's friendly against Turkey.

With Manuel Neuer, Niklas Süle, Joshua Kimmich, Leon Goretzka Goretzka, Serge Gnabry, Lukas Klostermann, Marcel Halstenberg and Toni Kroos to be rested, Paris Saint-Germain's Draxler will be wearing the captain's armband.

"He has so much talent and quality, he needs to be playing regularly. He will lead the team out as captain tomorrow," said Löw at the pre-match press conference.
