Thomas Müller has featured in every game for Bayern München so far this season, but the German champions will now have to manage without him until further notice.

The German champions have announced that the 31-year-old forward tested positive for COVID-19 after training on Wednesday.

Therefore, Müller will not be available for Thursday's Club World Cup final against Tigres in Qatar.

Most recently, Javi Martinez and Leon Goretzka also returned positive coronavirus tests.
