Salihamidzic confirms Jerome Boateng will leave Bayern this summer
FC Bayern boss Hasan Salihamidzic has confirmed reports that Jerome Boateng's contract will not be extended.

Boateng's contract expires this summer and will not be extended, Salihamidzic told Sky ahead of Bayern's Champions League quarter-final clash with Paris Saint-Germain on Thursday.
"That was a joint decision of the club's management and the coach was also involved in it," Salihamidzic said.
"I explained it to Jerome, and he was very understanding."
The 32-year-old centre-back has played for Bayern since 2011, making 354 appearances with 10 goals and 25 assists to his name.
