Official: FC Bayern loan young defender to Spanish club
FC Bayern's Julien Yanda will spend the 2026/27 season in the Spanish second division.

FC Bayern reached an agreement to send Julien Yanda on loan to CD Eldense for the 2026/27 season. The 18-year-old has played 40 Regionalliga games for Bayern II since joining them from St. Pauli at the start of 2025.
The left-back also attended several first-team training sessions with Vincent Kompany during the 2025/26 season. FC Bayern referred to his latest move as “the next step in his development”.
Eldense won immediate promotion back to LaLiga2 in their first season coached by former Spanish international Claudio Barragán. Fellow LaLiga2 side CD Tenerife signed Armenian international Grant-Leon Ranos from Borussia Mönchengladbach earlier today.
