According to reports from Balkan news outlet N1, RB Salzburg and Hoffenheim have reached an agreement over the transfer of Haris Tabaković. The transfer fee is believed to be in the region of €5 million.

However, the move is not yet complete. The 32-year-old has yet to give his approval, with no agreement currently in place between Tabaković and Salzburg over personal terms. Several other clubs remain interested in the striker, including Bundesliga sides. He had been heavily linked with a permanent move to Borussia Mönchengladbach following his loan spell there, although that deal is understood to have fallen through due to financial disagreements.

Tabaković is coming off the back of an impressive campaign with Die Fohlen, scoring 13 Bundesliga goals in 32 appearances and establishing himself as one of the club’s most reliable attacking outlets.
