Bayern Munich have reportedly agreed personal terms with Nicolas Jackson as they look to bolster their attack with a loan signing before the transfer window closes.

The key question remains whether the German champions can reach an agreement with Chelsea, who would prefer to sell the player outright.

However, according to multiple reports from England, since no other clubs have stepped forward and expressed interest in signing the striker permanently, Chelsea could approve a loan – but only on the condition that it includes an obligation to buy.

GiveMeSport journalist Ben Jacobs reports that Chelsea are currently demanding an €11.5 million loan fee in addition to the purchase obligation, which would be activated next summer.

Jackson has scored 30 goals in 81 appearances for Chelsea.
