According to Kicker.de, there sources suggest new clubs have taken up interest in Bayern Munich's Sacha Boey.

Premier League side Everton and a duo of Ligue 1 clubs in Olympique Marseille and Olympique Lyon are said to be keen on the full-back.

All three are reportedly closely monitoring Boey's situation. However, his substantial salary in Munich could be an obstacle.

Furthermore the Frenchman's questionable physical condition and supposed disciplinary issues are also a cause for concern.

Crystal Palace were long considered interested, but were possibly deterred by Boey's rare form of gastroenteritis which has kept him sidelined.

It's also questionable whether Bayern can secure the hoped-for transfer fee of around €15 million for the 25-year-old.

A loan with a subsequent agreement seems more plausible right now. Boey is still under contract in Munich until 2028.
