Report: Liverpool submit improved second bid for Wirtz

Liverpool have made an improved offer to sign Florian Wirtz according to journalist David Ornstein.
The newly crowned Premier League Champions' second bid is believed to be worth up to €130million
Included in the sum is a fixed fee with included add-ons presumably for performance based successes.
The 22-year-old is eager to make the move to the red half of Merseyside. Time will tell if the two clubs can reach an agreement.
How the add-ons are structured is believed to be the final point of discussion. The deal is expected to be finalised soon.
