Olise at his Bayern unveiling: "I don't look at the headlines or prices"

At his official unveiling as a Bayern Munich player, Michael Olise said he doesn't feel under special pressure, just because the Bavarians paid a lot of money to sign him.

Bayern Munich splashed out a reported €53 million to sign Michael Olise from Crystal Palace, making him the most expensive arrival in the Bundesliga this summer.

But as the Frenchman insisted at his official unveiling at Bayern on Thursday, he's not letting that put any pressure on him.

“I don't look at the headlines or prices," Olise said and continued:

"That's not important. The club wants me to do a job, and I'm here to do that.”

The 22-year-old took part in his first training session with his new teammates on Wednesday after helping France to a silver medal at the Olympic Games.

“It's all been good so far. I felt welcomed straight away. The coach is very good,” said Olise, who kept his answers short and sweet.

One familiar face in the Bayern squad is Jamal Musiala.

“We played together a bit when we were younger at Chelsea. He's a top player. I'm happy to be playing alongside him,” said Olise.
