    1. FC Köln are reportedly closing in on the signing of Ahmetcan Kaplan from Ajax.

According to Sky Germany, the newly-promoted Bundesliga side have agreed personal terms with the player and are now working to finalize the deal.

Ajax are reportedly demanding up to €6 million for Kaplan, with talks between the two clubs still ongoing.

Galatasaray have also been linked with a move for the player, but their interest appears to have cooled.

Kaplan could become Köln’s seventh signing of the summer.
