Bayern Munich have been linked with a number of transfer targets in recent weeks, including Paris Saint-Germain's Xavi Simons and Stade Rennes' Désiré Doué.

According to Sky Germany, the Bayern bosses have now decided to sign only one of them, with one of the main reasons being the fact that the club have yet to generate any funds through sales this summer.

According to the report, Simons is the top priority, with Doué seen as an alternative.

Should they fail to land either of the two, the Bavarians could turn their attention to RB Leipzig's Dani Olmo.

A decision on the future of Simons, who spent last season on loan at RB Leipzig, is expected to be made within the next week.
