Erblin Osmani is on the verge of signing his first professional contract with FC Bayern Munich in the coming days.

The defensive midfielder, who plays for the German U-17 national team, will sign shortly, according to Sky Germany.

Osmani, who has been training regularly with the Bundesliga champions since February, will put pen to paper on a deal until 2029.

During a 4-0 win against Union Berlin, coach Vincent Kompany gave the Munich native his first three minutes as a senior professional.

Osmani was subsequently sidelined by back problems, but the club still holds the technically gifted left-footer in high regard.

Bayern plans to let Osmani to continue training regularly with the first team next season, while playing matches with the U-19 team.
