Atlético Madrid are currently monitoring TSG Hoffenheim's Tim Lemperle very closely, according to information from Sky Germany.

The German striker has supposedly impressed the Rojiblancos “with his playing style, […] his physicality and speed.”

Lemperle has been one of the Sinsheim side's standout performers this campaign with four goals and one assist in eleven league games.

Hoffenheim are said to be preparing for the departure of Lemperle who only joined on a free transfer from 1. FC Köln in the summer.

However, the Bundesliga club is taking their time and are aware that the 23-year-old is still under contract until 2027.

Only last week, Alessandro Vogt from FC St. Gallen was listed as a Hoffenheim target and could be signed as a replacement.
