Löw ready to return to coaching soon

Now former Germany coach Joachim Löw has spoken of his desire to return to coaching.

Joachim Löw can imagine getting back into management soon, having been without a job since he left the position as Germany coach after Euro 2020.

Löw was honored before Germany's 9-0 victory over Liechtenstein on Thursday. And asked if he could see himself returning to coaching soon, the 61-year-old told RTL:

"That is quite conceivable. After such a long time, I needed six months or maybe a year to take a step back and orientate myself.

"The desire, the motivation, is gradually coming back. After so many years and such a long journey, of course I had to distance myself," added Löw, who spent 15 years as Germany coach.

"I had to process some things. The last tournament was, after all, a bit disappointing for all of us. It took a while. But now I feel fine and excited about football."
