RB Leipzig midfielder Konrad Laimer is understood to have attracted interest from the English Premier League.

German tabloid Bild reports that Manchester United and Tottenham are keeping tabs on the 24-year-old.

Manchester United caretaker manager and advisor Ralf Rangnick knows Laimer well from their time together in Leipzig and is said to be pushing for 'The Red Devils' to sign the Austrian international.

Tottenham, meanwhile, have been monitoring Laimer since he featured in Leipzig's 4-0 aggregate Champions League round of 16 aggregate victory over Spurs in 2020.

Laimer's contract expires in 2023, and his future is currently up in the air, according to Bild, who claims he will hold talks with Leipzig after the end of the season.

The Austrian international shined in Leipzig's 4-1 victory over Borussia Dortmund last Saturday, bagging a rare brace and providing an assist.
