Report: Hertha close in on young Ivorian attacking talent

Germany's main sporting tabloid reports that Hertha BSC have virtually sewn up the acquisition of young Ivorian talent Abdoul Outtara of the Racing Strasbourg youth academy.
In addition to young Danish attacking talent Gustav Ørsøe Christensen, Hertha BSC are reportedly set to land another promising prospect for the future. Germany's "Sport Bild" tabloid reports that attacking midfielder Abdoul Ouattara will also be heading to the capital city's Charlottenburg side on a summer transfer.

Like Christensen, Outtara was heavily courted by the Fredi Bobic managerial regime. The German tabloid claims that the 17-year-old has already travelled to Berlin to tour Hertha's facilities with his family. Hertha's new front office are, per the paper, eager to conclude the deal.

A transfer fee of some €300,000 will reportedly be due to the youngster's current club, Racing Strasbourg. Outtara has thus far only represented the Alsatians at youth level for the U19s. He has scored two goals and contributed an assist in the youth-level domestic cup this year.
