Borussia Dortmund's 25-man squad for the club's Champions League campaign has today been revealed at UEFA.com. Sebastian Rode, Dzenis Burnic and Alexander Isak have all been left out of the squad.

However, there is still a backdoor for Burnic as he can potentially be re-registered via the so-called B-list. The 20-year-old is eligible for the B-list as he was born after the 1st of January 1997 and has played at least two years for the club since his 15th birthday.

Isak, 18, could also be used in the Champions League from January due to this rule as he joined the BVB in January 2017.

However, when it comes to Rode, things look dark at the Signal Iduna Park. The 27-year-old was for sale during the summer, but a transfer never materialised.
