Confirmed lineups: Omonia Nicosia vs. Mainz

There are three changes made by Henning Berg from their weekend victory over Anorthosis. Francis Uzoho replaces Fabiano Freitas in between the sticks, Stefan Simič and Ioannis Kousoulos replace Mateo Maric and Muamer Tanković. 

Bo Henriksen makes four changes from the defeat to Dortmund. Stefan Bell comes in for Andreas Hanche-Olsen, while Arnaud Nordin starts in place of Jae-Sung Lee. There are also first starts of the season for Nikolas Veratschnig and 17-year-old debutant Kacper Potulski, who take the spots of Silvan Widmer and Maxim Leitsch.
