Thorgan Hazard is set to leave Borussia Mönchengladbach to join Borussia Dortmund in the summer, Kicker understands.

Gladbach have expressed an interest in extending the 26-year-old's contract, which runs until 2020, but he has stalled on signing a new deal while considering his options.

And, apparently, Hazard has now finally made a decision on his future and made it clear that he wants to join Borussia Dortmund who have been mentioned as one of the clubs interested in the winger.

Hazard will reportedly cost Borussia Dortmund around €40 million in total. At Signal Iduna Park, he will replace Christian Pulisic who will play for Chelsea next season after a €64 million transfer was agreed in January.

Gladbach paid €8 million to sign the Belgian international from Chelsea in 2015. Since then, he has made 175 appearances for 'Die Fohlen' with 45 goals and 43 assists to his name.
