Here are Borussia Dortmund's summer transfer plans

Borussia Dortmund could make plenty of changes to their squad ahead of the 2019/20 season.
Borussia Dortmund are hoping to sign a number of players in the summer, including Thorgan Hazard, Julian Brandt and Nico Schulz. Meanwhile, at least 10 players are free to leave the club, according to Bild.

Below, we go through their reported summer transfer plans.

Main targets
In recent months, BVB have been linked with three players in particular - Borussia Mönchengladbach's Thorgan Hazard, Bayer Leverkusen's Julian Brandt and Hoffenheim's Nico Schulz.

Hazard has said that he has agreed to join Dortmund which means it's now up to the clubs to agree on a transfer fee. According to Bild, BVB have offered €25 million for the winger, but Gladbach are holding out for a fee closer to €40 million.

As for Brandt, Dortmund boss Michael Zorc has reportedly met with the Bayer Leverkusen's stars agent and father to discuss a possible summer transfer.

The 23-year-old, who has a €25 million release clause in his contract, has made it clear that he will make a decision on his future at the end of the season.

Finally, Borussia Dortmund are said to have reached an agreement in principle with Nico Schulz.

The 26-year-old is likely to cost around €20-25 million and has recently admitted that he considers BVB an interesting option.

Additional targets
Additionally, Borussia Dortmund are looking to sign a striker and a central midfielder in the summer, according to Bild.

AS Roma's Patrik Schick, who has previously been linked with a move to Dortmund, is said to be considered an option for the striking position.

The 23-year-old joined Roma from Sampdoria in a €9 million deal last summer and has scored five goals in 31 appearances this season.

Meanwhile, Dortmund have targeted Real Madrid's Marcos Llorente for the central midfield position, as per Bild.

Real Madrid should be willing to listen to offers for the former Spain under-21 international, 24, who may want to look for more first-team action elsewhere after making just six league appearances this season.

At least 10 players to leave?
First of all, as it has been known for a while, Christian Pulisic will leave the club to join Chelsea. Dortmund already agreed a €64 million transfer with 'The Blues' in January, but the young winger stayed at BVB on loan until the end of the 2018/19 season.

Additionally, Borussia Dortmund are willing to offload Ömer Toprak, Mahmoud Dahoud and Maximilian Philipp, according to Bild. The trio, who all joined BVB in 2017, have had limited first-team opportunities in recent months.

Julian Weigl has regularly been linked with a move away from Dortmund during this season and has told Sport Bild that he wanted to join Paris Saint-Germain in January, but wasn't allowed to leave by his club. If Weigl still wants to leave - and if BVB would then allow him to go this time - is unclear.

Finally, according to Bild, BVB are willing to say goodbye to the seven players who are currently on loan at other clubs - Jeremy Toljan (Celtic), Alexander Isak (Willem II), Dzenis Burnic (Dynamo Dresden), Sebastian Rode (Eintracht Frankfurt), Shinji Kagawa (Besiktas), André Schürrle (Fulham) and Felix Passlack (Norwich).
