Report: RB Leipzig still planning to sign Patrik Schick on a permanent deal

Apparently, the RB Leipzig bosses are still keen on signing Patrik Schick on a permanent deal.
RB Leipzig intend to tie Patrik Schick down to a permanent deal at the end of his loan spell despite the financial impact of the coronavirus pandemic, according to Kicker.

'Die Roten Bullen' can take advantage of a €29 million release clause before June 15 to sign the Roma loanee permanently.

Towards the end of March, Schick's agent, Pavel Paska, confirmed that his client could imagine staying in Leipzig beyond the season.

The 24-year-old has emerged as a key player at Red Bull Arena after making the move to Germany on a one-year loan deal in the summer transfer window.
