Bayern München will not give David Alaba an ultimatum on his contract renewal, insists sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic.
With his current deal set to expire next summer, David Alaba has been stalling on a new deal with Bayern München.
Bayern would obviously like to sort out the Austrian international's future as soon as possible, but they will not be handing him an ultimatum, claims sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic.
"David is our player and has been with the club for twelve years. We won't give him an ultimatum," Salihamidzic told reporters at a press conference on Monday.
"We all know what we have in David, we are trying to convince him and of course hope that he will sign a new deal at some point."
