According to Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, Silas Katompa Mvumpa has agreed to join Samsunspor Kulübü.

It is believed that the club from the Black Sea region on Türkiye's north coast, has already submitted a first formal offer to VfB Stuttgart.

Whether the offer from the Turkish first division club will be sufficient to convince the DFB-Pokal winners to agree a transfer remains to be seen.

It was recently reported that the Swabians have put a price tag of €8million euros on the Congolese attacker.

The right-footer is tied to the Bundesliga club until next summer, but early separation could occur if the clubs reach an agreement.

Last season, the 26-year-old spent time on loan at Red Star Belgrade where he registered 5 goals and 1 assist in 16 league matches.
