From the upcoming 2026-27 season onwards, FC Bayern Munich are switching entirely to digital tickets for access to Allianz Arena, the club confirmed this evening.

Fans of the German record champions will only be able to access their tickets through the official FC Bayern or Allianz Arena apps.

Once activated, home game tickets are displayed digitally in the app-based ticket wallet and can be scanned at the turnstiles at the stadium entrance.

Meanwhile, neither Apple Wallet or Google Wallet will be supported at these turnstiles for fans seeking stadium access.

This is claimed to ensure a uniform and stable system directly within the official club apps and “many issues at the Allianz Arena – such as damaged or illegible tickets, duplicate downloads, and multiple printouts – will be a thing of the past”.

Transferring tickets to others will still be possible next season and beyond, but only through regulated channels.
