Keziah Oteng-Mensah left Bayer Leverkusen to sign for Dutch giants PSV. The 18-year-old will start next season in the Dutch second division at Jong PSV, the youth team of the Eredivisie champions.

The striker signed a deal until 2029 with his new club after PSV parted ways with €250k for his services. According to Sky Sports, Oteng-Mensah picked PSV’s project despite several 2. Bundesliga clubs showing interest in signing him this summer.

The Germany U17 international scored 11 goals for Frankfurt’s U19 team last season. He also found the net four times in only seven appearances for the U17 national team.

“I was presented with a clear plan for my development and how I should be promoted and supported in the best possible way. That immediately impressed me, and that experience will certainly make me a better player," Oteng-Mensah said after penning his contract at PSV.
