Borussia Dortmund is loaning goalkeeper Diant Ramaj to 1.FC Heidenheim for the duration of the 2025-26 campaign.

Die Schwarzgelben reached an agreement with Heidenheim today, Monday, but the loan does not include an option to buy.

“After his successful loan in Copenhagen, we are delighted that Diant can now prove himself in the Bundesliga with 1.FC Heidenheim.

"We are all convinced that this step is exactly the right one at this time and wish Diant every success,” said BVB sporting director Sebastian Kehl.

In the second half of last season, Ramaj played 19 games for FC Copenhagen and won the Danish championship and cup.

The 23-year-old initially spent part of his youth career at Heidenheim and was an unused member of their first team between 2019-2021.
