Eintracht Frankfurt confirm Nkounkou departure

Niels Nkounkou has joined Torino FC on loan with an obligation to buy.

Just before the end of the transfer window, Eintracht Frankfurt have confirmed the departure of Niels Nkounkou.

The Bundesliga club announced on Monday afternoon that the French left-back has joined Torino on loan with an obligation to buy.

Nkounkou joined Frankfurt from AS Saint-Étienne in 2023 on a contract running until 2028.

The 24-year-old made 62 appearances across all competitions for Eintracht, contributing three goals and three assists.
