According to Sky Germany, a full agreement has been reached, with Gladbach paying €3.5 million, excluding bonuses, to sign the Swedish striker on a contract until 2030.

The transfer is expected to be made official in the near future, once Lidberg has gone through his medical.

The Swedish forward, 27, scored 17 goals in 30 games in the 2. Bundesliga last season.
