Stuttgart continued their pre-season preparations with a 6-0 win over Toulouse. Jamie Leweling scored the opener in the 10th minute for the Swabians. Stuttgart’s new #10, Chris Fuhrich, doubled the score before the half-time break.

Jeff Chabot, who was linked with a move to Al-Nassr earlier this week, scored Stuttgart’s third ten minutes after the break. That was the final score after 90 minutes, but the teams decided to continue for 30 more minutes.

New signing Lazar Jovanovic added the fourth in the 101st-minute before Ermedin Demirovic scored two goals wearing the captain‘s armband in the extra-time. Toulouse also lost 7-0 to RB Leipzig last week.

Back from his extended break because of the U21 Euros, Nick Woltemade played for Stuttgart, as there is no movement regarding a move to Bayern Munich. The Bavarians will meet Stuttgart in the Super Cup in two weeks.
