TSG Hoffenheim failed to secure Champions League qualification on the final matchday of the 2025/26 Bundesliga season, as the Sinsheim side lost 4-0 to Borussia Mönchengladbach and finished fifth, behind fourth-placed VfB Stuttgart.

As a result, Bazoumana Touré is set to leave Hoffenheim this summer, according to Sky Germany, who reports that qualification for Europe's premier club competition was the only realistic way to keep him at the club.

Liverpool, Manchester United, Aston Villa and Newcastle United are among the clubs to have been linked with Touré, who is reportedly valued at around €30-40 million by Hoffenheim.

The Ivory Coast international has developed into a key player since his move from Swedish side Hammarby in February 2025, making 45 appearances, scoring five goals and providing 15 assists.
